We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our busy Real Estate team in Bristol, focusing on Renewable Energy properties and clients. What you’ll do
1. Carry out Land Registry applications.
2. Conduct land searches for due diligence on complex properties
3. Complete Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns
4. Perform due diligence and prepare reports on title.
5. Manage documents clearly, including preparing and maintaining records.
6. Draft email correspondence and documents
7. Provide excellent client service.
8. Ensure deadlines are met and maintain high-quality work.
9. Lead the use of technology to maintain confidentiality agreements for key E&I clients.
What we’re looking for
10. Paralegal experience in Real Estate
11. Experience with Land Registry applications, searches, and SDLT returns.
12. Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional.
13. Ability to work under pressure in a busy team with demanding clients.
14. Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
15. Highly organised with great time management skills
16. Strong work ethic
