Trade Sales Assistant
Salary: £26,000
Hours: Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 17:00 (5 days a week, possible Sundays in the future 10:00 - 16:00)

Role Overview: The role of the Trade Sales Assistant is to support the Branch Manager with the following tasks:
Sales Duties:
* Deliver excellent customer service that exceeds all customer's expectations.
* Approach customers and ensure they are dealt with efficiently, courteously, and promptly.
* Deal with customers' orders and queries in a confident, efficient, and professional manner.
* Maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
* Identify improvements to processes to enhance customer service, reduce costs, and improve margin.
* Match customer needs to the best available product, including upselling and managing stock levels.
* Check off all deliveries accurately and promptly, ensuring relevant paperwork is passed on efficiently.
* Resolve customer issues/enquiries to a satisfactory conclusion.
* Create effective, up-to-date displays in the showroom, ensuring all products are clearly coded, priced, and well presented.
* Process specific customer requirements efficiently and promptly to meet delivery promises.
* Ensure all promises made to customers are realistic, achievable, and completed.
* Be prepared to deputise effectively in the absence of the Branch Manager or Assistant Manager.
