Client Support Specialist – (Job Ref: 24N/CLSP)

Location: Randox Laboratories Ltd., 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY.
Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week, alternating each week between 2 shift patterns.
Week 1 - Monday to Friday from 08.20 to 17.00.
Week 2 – Monday to Thursday from 08.20 to 18.00 and 08.20 to 12.30 on a Friday.
What does the Client Support Specialist role involve?
This role plays a vital role in promoting Randox Health services and enhancing client relationships. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer enquiries promptly via phone, email, or live chat.
2. Troubleshoot customer issues related to orders, account status, and relevant concerns.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing queries effectively.
4. Provide essential support for clients whilst identifying potential sales opportunities.
5. Assisting with sales by providing information about new and existing products.
6. Processing payments.
7. Analysing customer queries and trends.
8. Performing assigned administrative duties.
9. Collaborating with other team members and internal departments.
Full on the job training will be provided on our processes.

Essential criteria:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Currently hold the right to work in the UK.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
Desirable:
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Experience in a customer facing environment.
3. Experience working in a busy environment.
4. Experience dealing with customers via email and phone.
5. Previous sales experience.
