Role: SEN Teaching Assistant at an outstanding mainstream primary school in Swinton, Salford. Start date: ASAP Contract: Long-term, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–3:30 pm. Pay: £90–105/day (DOE) Paid PAYE via Now Education (we don't use umbrella companies). Provide one-on-one & small group support to children in KS2 with Autism, assisting them in their daily school activities. Implement tailored strategies to manage and positively influence challenging behaviours. Collaborate with teachers, SLT and parents. Foster a safe and inclusive environment that encourages the student's social and academic growth. Encourage independence and self-confidence in the students, preparing them for future transitions.
