We are looking for a fantastic Veterinary Receptionist, to be based at our practice in Clifton with some cover at Zetland Vets in Redland.
This is an ideal opportunity for a dedicated individual who can provide excellent care to both our clients and their pets. The clinic can get busy, so it's important that you can stay calm and focused, especially during emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working with the team to help the clinic run smoothly
* Offering friendly, compassionate care to clients and their pets
* Answering phone calls and emails
* Assisting with administrative tasks and scheduling appointments
* Keeping accurate records using our IT systems (training provided)
* Handling payments and client accounts
* Keeping the reception and consultation areas clean and tidy

The perfect fit
* Good customer care, face to face and telephone
* Organisation, prioritisation and a 'can-do' attitude
* Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy shifts
* Some animal handling may be required - full training given
* Veterinary experience would be an advantage
Your shift pattern
This is a part-time position working 21 hours per week across Monday and Tuesday 8:30 am – 6:30 pm, with 1:4 Saturdays at Zetland Vets 8:30 am – 5 pm.
