Role Overview: Quality Manager (Process)
Joining their dynamic team based in Berkshire, my client is looking for an experienced Process Quality Manager to ensure the maintenance & continuous improvement of their QMS system. This position will involve managing a team and auditing both internal and external processes. The ideal candidate will be a good team player, able to multitask and comfortable managing a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance and continuous improvement of our clients' QMS system.
2. Manage a close-knit quality team.
3. Lead the internal & external audits of surface technology equipment at the clients' site.
4. Conduct quality reports for customers' and our clients' other business units.
Requirements:
1. Degree level certification within quality or engineering.
2. At least 5 years' experience in a quality position conducting audits and improvement of QMS.
3. Experience managing a quality team.
4. Experience with NADCAP (special process auditing), IS9100, AS9100, CQI-9, ISO 13485 or similar.
