OH Medical is recruiting an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join an established in-house team at a luxury manufacturer in Dunbarton. This is a Full-Time 12-month Fixed Term Contract role, offering 2 days remote work (including one Friday) and 3 days onsite, with occasional travel within the central belt of Scotland.
The Remit:
This role involves delivering a first-class Occupational Health Service within the company's Occupational Health Department. Responsibilities include:
* Health Surveillance (audiometry, spirometry, medicals for working at height, HAVS T1 & T2, skin assessments)
* Case Management
* Organising awareness days and health education programs
* Mental health advice and promotion
* Mental Health First Aider Training
* Policy & Procedure review
* Occasional travel to other sites within the Central Belt for clinics
Skills Required:
The successful candidate will be:
* NMC Registered Nurse – Part 3 registration preferred
* Qualified to degree/diploma level in Occupational Health (preferred)
* Experienced in case management (essential)
* Capable of conducting health surveillance and assessments (essential)
* Excellent in written and verbal communication
* Organised with ability to prioritise workload
* IT literate, familiar with Cohort/Cority
* Holder of a full driving licence and able to travel within the Central Belt
Salary & Benefits:

* £40,000 - £44,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
