My client is currently looking to welcome a Receptionist/Administrator to join their lively Birstall hub. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient operation of the office.
Receptionist and Administrator Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
2. Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
3. Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
4. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail
6. Utilise computerised systems for tasks such as word processing, spreadsheets, and emails
