You’ll be at the centre of a friendly, close-knit, and passionate team of staff and volunteers who work across all departments to look after this special site and share it with the public.The business services coordinator is the glue that keeps the team together and facilitates the smooth running of the site. The National Trust is a busy organisation that always has a lot going on - you can guarantee that no two days are the same, so you’ll have to love variety. You’ll support day to day operations, such as managing the office, carrying out the banking procedures, and making sure we’re well stocked with supplies.You’ll provide excellent service to internal and external customers, whether organising group bookings or internal meetings. You’ll play an important role in keeping the site safe by carrying out compliance checks, keeping our emergency plan up to date, and in acting as one of the site duty managers.
