Website Manager
Location: Keynsham, Bristol(this role offers the option of hybrid working, with the expectation of attending the office a minimum of 3 times per week)

About the role
Responsible for the definition and delivery of a superb online shopper experience through website and content configuration, shopper behaviour analysis and the management of the ongoing functional improvements.
Some key job duties are:
1. Timely and accurate setup of all website configurations (delivery, pricing, promotions, personalization and extensions).
2. Work with business stakeholders to establish robust processes for ensuring website content changes are prepared, tested and deployed successfully.
3. Support Marketing team strategy to ensure delivery of the trading plan. As well as optimise conversion, drive basket size & loyalty plus enhance customer journeys.
4. Oversee end-to-end management of the content lifecycle including products, promotions, pages.
5. Work closely with the Website Content Administrator to undertake general technical website trading and administration tasks such as merchandising, product updates and promotional changes.
6. Support the Technology Team in website development improvements, through testing and requirements definition.
7. Work as a support contact for Contact Centre colleagues in the event of website queries or issues.
8. Scrutiny and performance evaluation of all website suppliers & contracts, ensuring third party providers are delivering good value for money.
What are we looking for?
1. Significant in-depth experience of the Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce Cloud) platform. Ideally handling complex customer journeys through personalization.
2. Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content management. Creating engaging content utilizing the full AEM toolset.
3. Strong communication and co-ordination skills.
4. Confident creating reports and presenting key findings to your team and senior stakeholders, managing items to closure.
5. Excellent attention to detail.
