We're currently seeking a driven and accomplished Business Analyst to join our Delivery team.
As a Business Analyst at Atomic, you'll play a crucial role in finding solutions to business problems, and defining product requirements that deliver value. You'll work closely with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to ensure business objectives, user needs, and project goals are fully understood and clearly defined.
Your role will involve:
1. Conducting user research, workshops, and discovery sessions to gather requirements and uncover opportunities.
2. Working closely with developers, designers, and testers to deliver web and mobile solutions that meet business needs.
3. Assisting Product Owners with roadmap and backlog prioritisation by articulating and documenting the value of upcoming features.
4. Conducting user testing and analysing feedback to refine product development.
5. Breaking down high-level requirements into actionable deliverables that drive business value.
You should have experience in digital product development, be comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Your ability to facilitate discussions, capture insights, and translate them into clear, actionable requirements will be key to success in this role.
