About The Team Our eCommerce websites and apps have grown steadily over the past 10 years to become one of the largest online retail platforms in the UK. We currently sell to 70 international markets, offering our 6 million active customers a personalised shopping experience and the ability to purchase from a wide range of products using multiple delivery methods and payment types. About The Role Working alongside the support team across our UK and international eCommerce platforms, you will be supporting different projects through your Dynatrace expertise We need an individual who has Dynatrace skills as it's one of the key platforms we use. You'll work with a variety of business stakeholders and will be involved in analysis, design and development ensuring business requirements are met. You’ll lead activities within the wider tech team and will use your expertise and experience to help us continually improve our processes, with opportunities to improve our existing monitoring tool. There are flexible working options available for this role, including hybrid solutions. Your main responsibilities: Participate in the design, implementation, management, integration, and support one of our main monitoring tools Configure and optimise Dynatrace settings, alerting profiles, and management zones Ensure alignment of naming conventions and tagging with business processes. Provide ongoing analysis and optimization recommendations Develop Dynatrace Business Dashboards. Track progress and ensure timelines and deliverables are met. Meet with product, development, and infrastructure teams to track workflows for Dynatrace alerts on their applications. Criteria Proficiency with SQL and database concepts Good knowledge of Dynatrace Grail, DQL and USQL Use of performance monitoring tools e.g. Dynatrace, SigNoz, DataDog or New Relic Strong communication skills A team player who thrives in a fast paced, busy and challenging environment Well-balanced analytical skills Comfortable working with code.
