We are recruiting for an administrator to work within the Engineering team. We need someone who can support the Homologation Manager to help ensure the products and vehicles meet the required safety and technical standards. Attention to detail is a must in this role!
Responsibilities:
* Prepare documentation and technical reports along with compliance materials.
* Complete all new vehicle documentation for customers and dealers to enable registration.
For This Role You Must Have:
* Good communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
* Computer literate, including all MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel & Access.
* Self-motivation and a positive attitude.
* Strong organisational and process skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
Bonus Experience:
* Complete Data plate requests.
* Request & Complete Vehicle Certification from initial chassis certification to completed vehicle.
* Create Anchor Point Tags & Certification.
* Formulate Bespoke operator manuals for completed vehicles.
* Check & monitor Calibration register, arrange calibration with contractor & produce purchase order.
* Load completed paperwork for vehicles onto mywhalefleet & give customer access.
* Scan finished build/test packs & production information into the archives.
