We are looking to recruit a Practice Nurse who is highly motivated, dynamic and proactive to join our nursing team for approx. 14 hours per week; there is flexibility in the number of hours and days worked.
Main duties of the job
* Assist in and perform routine tasks related to patient care as directed by the GPs
* Cytology
* Wound care
* Removal of Sutures
* Travel Clinic
* ECGs
* Venepuncture
* Health promotion
* Ear syringing
* Routine immunisations/Childhood immunisations

You would be joining our friendly and supportive team of 3 GP partners, 2 salaried GPs, 2 Practice Nurses and Specialist HCA.

Person Specification
Experience
* Experience of working in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct (2002) and The Scope of Professional Practice (1992)
* Experience of dealing with the public/patients
* Experience of working in Primary Care
* Experience of SystmOne clinical system
* Experience of Microsoft Office software
