The Role: As Head of Paid Media, you will inspire and lead a talented team to create and implement innovative Paid Media strategies that deliver outstanding results. You’ll play a crucial role in driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction, while also fostering a positive, collaborative team culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Grow: Drive the growth of the Paid Media department, manage financial KPIs, and build a top-tier team. Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, performance goals, and career growth opportunities for your team. Client Strategy: Develop and implement tailored and exceptional Paid Media strategies that align with client goals and objectives. Innovation: Keep us ahead of industry trends, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team. Sales & Marketing: Contribute to new business development, positioning Reflect Digital as an industry thought leader. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership and team management experience. Expertise in developing and executing single and multi channel Paid Media strategies Experience with managing PPC (Google, Microsoft, Amazon) Experience with paid social channels (Meta, LinkedIn) and programmatic would be beneficial Strong track record of achieving growth targets and financial KPIs. Passion for digital marketing and staying up to date with industry trends. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
