Store to Home Picker
Part time - 11.25 hours per week over 3 shifts
Permanent Contract
Shifts available Monday - Friday, 5pm - 9pm
UK Notional hourly rate £12.48 per hour (Inclusive of an £0.27 per hour, store specific location allowance)

Key responsibilities
1. You’re a confident and friendly communicator, comfortable building relationships and sharing product knowledge with customers face to face and over the phone.
2. Efficiency and safety will be vital, with a real focus on the customer, either supporting their ideas on the shop floor or working to a one hour click and collect service.
Required skills & experience
1. You’re an organised and analytical thinker, able to prioritise your time and keep things simple.
2. You’ll be comfortable with some heavy lifting, as our products range from tins of paint to bags of compost or hot tubs.
3. Being agile and flexible is important to the success of this role, including working on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
4. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working.
