This is a permanent contract, and you will be working 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7, Monday through Sunday. This is a guest-facing position. Lead the front of house team, working closely with the Operations Manager. Serve breakfast and dinner promptly. Greet and serve guests according to hotel standards, providing exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction. Keep the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation through the department. Communicate with head of department & team and share feedback from guests. Always maintain a positive and proactive attitude.. Understand and follow all health and safety guidelines regarding food allergens within a menu.
