Executive Admin Assistant

This role will provide general administrative support and co-ordination to the Executive Office
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the department on financial queries related to purchase orders, invoices and goods receipting etc.
* Diary Management for the Executive Office and Senior Leaders including day to day queries, meeting schedules and availability enquiries
* Administrative support for Executive Office, including filing and ad-hoc documentation, booking meeting venues etc.
* Coordination of the production of departmental communications as directed.
* Processing and tracking of departmental purchase requisitions on behalf of the Executive Office
* Communication with all areas of the business up to Director level.
Skills & Experience:
* Highly proficient in the use of Word and PowerPoint, plus competence in the use of other Microsoft Office products
* An ability to multi-task whilst maintaining attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
* Ability to deal with all levels of staff to Board Level.
* Ability to deal with outsourced service providers.
* A calm and considered manner, able to remain focused and calm under pressure
This role is to start as soon as possible and is on a temporary contract until end of September.
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5pm (Hybrid)
£13.37 per hour
