Job ref: RF-2502-09 Location: Craigavon - Wilsons Country Quantity of Posts Available: 1 Salary: £14.25 per hour We are currently looking to recruit a strong, experienced and dynamic Cleaning Manager to oversee the running of this prestigious high-volume site. This site demands a cleaning Manger with the right attitude, determination and experience to deal with a site of this magnitude. As the Cleaning Manager, you will be fully accountable for all aspects of the operation including the management of a large team. The role requires a high level of interaction and communication on the ground including attending regular meetings with the client representatives so exceptional communication skills are essential. The quality of work is extremely high as are the client expectations, so a strong knowledge and background is required and will need to demonstrated at interview level. Complete client contact sheet) Assisting with Payroll when needed -(Monthly Checking of Report) Uniforms -checking all staff are in full uniform Machine Repairs-(Must complete machine Repair report and send to central admin) Assisting the operations manager with Induction Training -(All new starts and staff moving sites must get induction training as per induction training list) Daily Staff Management -(Unplanned absence sickness/ no shows as per agreed central admin process) Holiday Cover -(Assist the are supervisor with Approving or not approving as per staff engagement APP, cover sickness and holidays cleaning on sites.) Stock Ordering Employee Appreciation -(identify those within the operations who warrant specific recognition to line Manager) Ensuring all members of staff are completing their roles to the best of their abilities including checking each of their areas on an adhoc basis The Person: 2 years' experience as a Cleaning Manager with a strong and progressive career background within the industry Proven experience of working within multi-site operations Be an extremely strong manager with the proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a large team Experience of 24 hour, high volume cleaning Confident in liaising with clients as well as leading presentations and meetings Have excellent financial acumen and be able to prove this at interview level Hands on approach in all areas of cleaning Genuinely passionate about their field Able to think logistically and work under pressure whilst remaining calm and professional at all times The Mount Charles Group is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
