Business Support Services within Adult Services are currently looking for passionate, friendly, hard-working and flexible individuals with excellent communication and team work skills to join our busy administrative team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing administrative support to all front-line workers within Neath Network Team Hub, Adult Services. Alongside this you will be the first point of contact for any queries from individuals within our communities and other professionals.
As a directorate we are currently in the process of introducing Mosaic – our new Social Care IT system, and this is the perfect opportunity to be involved in this exciting redevelopment within our service areas.
The main duties of the post;
To provide general clerical/admin support including photocopying, e-mailing, completing standard forms and telephony duties to the team.
To work in conjunction with frontline workers to maintain the accuracy of information held within the directorate’s data management systems.
To Maintain and collate reports as required.
To assist with queries from members of the public and internal staff.
You will have experience in/of;
Operating relevant ICT packages – Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, Outlook etc
Working as part of a team.
Communicating with various people on different levels and via different methods.
Administrative duties.
Ideally you will have;
4 GCSE’s at grade C or above and NVQ 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent experience.
