The Role As a Specialist Trainer, you will be front and centre with both our learners and employers, delivering effective, engaging and impactful training sessions that get learners thinking. You will work with your colleagues to support their subject matter expertise, aid continuous improvement in our delivery through staying up to date with latest industry trends and input into learning content. Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be: - Deliver engaging, high-quality learning sessions to groups of learners in both face to face and remote settings. - Work with delivery managers, commercial managers and employers to plan out session delivery over the course planned programmes. - Regularly engage and feedback to your colleagues how the learners they coach are participating within sessions. - Provide inspiring and motivational feedback to learners on how they perform with mock assessments. - Participate in professional development sessions with the Association for Project Management, communicating findings to the delivery team. - Support delivery teams in their own professional development and subject matter expertise. - Work with curriculum leads to inform and enhance resources and materials to aid continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. - Facilitate exam invigilation for professional qualifications, following invigilation guidelines.
