Our client, a leading rail company, is seeking a Logistic & Delivery Coordinator to join their team on the landmark Curzon Street Station Project on HS2.

Job Summary
As a Logistic & Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating project deliveries, ensuring compliance with the CLOCS standard, and producing reports, statistics, and KPIs. You will also support the logistics operations lead in developing the project's logistics strategy and coordinating day-to-day logistics activities.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate the project's vehicle deliveries utilizing Datascope (MDJV delivery management software), ensuring efficient delivery through close coordination with the MDJV construction team, trade contractors, and logistics team.
* Ensure deliveries meet MDJV requirements and act as the primary arbitrator between sub-contractor vehicle booking priorities.
* Ensure compliance with the CLOCS standard and maintain all relevant documentation.
* Collate vehicle delivery statistics, analyze them against forecasts, and manage variances.
* Assist the Logistics Traffic & Freight Lead in collating and presenting the vehicle histogram, including establishing meetings and producing relevant documentation.
* Support the Traffic & Freight Lead in documentation and submissions to relevant authorities.
* Ensure compliance with HS2 vehicle monitoring system (VMS) requirements via API and address queries from the HS2 vehicle monitoring team.
* Collate the project's asset register and support the logistics team in hiring/purchasing materials.
* Produce required KPIs, trend analysis, and escalate issues to relevant logistics team members.
Qualifications, Certifications and Experience required:
* Relevant experience in the construction industry.
* Detailed experience in logistical & construction operations on major projects.
* Purchasing and asset tracking experience.
* Experience with complex systems on major projects such as document control and Yellow Jacket.
* CSCS Card (supervisor minimum, manager ideally).
