Salary: £35k to £40k pro rata based on hours

Our client is growing rapidly and is currently looking for a Part-time HR Manager to join their team. This is a new role due to growth within the business. This part-time HR Manager role will be a stand-alone position. It is an excellent opportunity for the right person to come in and make the role their own!
Working hours can be flexible.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support on all HR-related issues
* Advise and coach on HR Policies
* Ensure resolution of employee relations
* Support management on disciplinary, grievance, and employee issues
* Work closely with the senior management team on developing an operational plan and business strategy
* Review and update the equality and diversity strategy
* Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
* Manage the company appraisal system
* Assess the need for training and work with line managers to design and implement training programs
* Guide the senior leadership team on setting and reviewing pay structures and benefits
Minimum Requirements:
* HR experience across all areas mentioned above
* Experience of working with senior leadership and strategies
* Ability to work in a stand-alone HR role
* Flexibility to be based in the office
