We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to be based in Warwick.
This is a full-time and permanent role, office-based (please note no hybrid or work from home).
Free parking on site.
Salary is: £23,000 - £24,000 DOE plus bonuses.
Working hours are: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

The Office Administrator role is extremely varied; you will be required to enter supplier invoices onto the bespoke system checking for pricing and quantity anomalies and then liaise with our Stores if anomalies are found. You will also be responsible for answering the telephone, checking customer invoices against Store purchase orders, raising debits and credits, plus any other office-related work required.
Office Administrator Role & Responsibilities
* Answering calls from Suppliers, Stores within the company, and customers.
* Inputting supplier invoices onto the system.
* Preparing expense invoices for authorisation.
* Chasing debits.
Experience
* Office experience is preferable but not essential.
* Strong work ethic and initiative.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Superb organisational skills.
* Attention to detail.
