Role: Youth Mental Health Support Mentor Roles
Location: Various locations within West Sussex area, Horsham, Crawley & Worthing. The ability to travel across the county as needed.
Rate: £13/hour - £25/hour subject to experience
Setting: Place of work could be in hospital settings, supported living units or the young person's own home.
Hours: Flexible, shift patterns include between 5-12 hour day shifts with respective breaks around each child and young persons individual needs. Monday-Sunday
