What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
You'll take the lead on developing a full category - from researching trends and spotting gaps in the market, to briefing design, negotiating with suppliers, managing approvals and delivering final product ranges.
You'll oversee packaging development, plan product displays, and support sales teams in customer meetings.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety - ideal if you like combining creativity with commercial thinking.
Is this you?
You've worked in buying, product development or a commercial product environment - ideally toys, FMCG or retail
You understand how to manage a range, control costs, hit timelines and keep a project moving
You're confident communicating with suppliers, designers, sales teams and overseas factories
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
