Location: Slough
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm - some flexibility
We are the staffing partner to a brilliant international transportation business specializing in logistics planning for TV & film sets.
As a Logistics Compliance Administrator, you will be working as part of a team managing projects on behalf of TV & Film production companies, planning international logistics for equipment, crew, and celebrities across the globe.
Duties
1. Assist with all logistics & vehicle related administration
2. Maintain all accounts; TFL, autopay, DKV, dart charge
3. Process all PCNs accurately & in a timely manner
4. Complete all vital paperwork for vehicle & equipment sign off
5. Manage, download & record all driver hours (tacho)
6. Update and cleanse all diary, CRM systems
7. Complete all necessary administrative tasks
8. Undertake project work & other relevant duties as and when required

Minimum Requirements
1. At least 1 year's experience providing administrative functions to a transport or fleet management company
2. Current/valid driving license
3. Live within commutable distance to Slough
4. Driven, organized, and enthusiastic
