As the Director of Retail Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the retail operations of HSL, ensuring that all stores operate efficiently and profitably. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive and develop the Retail and Home Visit Business, with a key focus on driving sales growth whilst ensuring world-class levels of customer experience through all retail touchpoints.

We are looking for a senior leader who can demonstrate the following:
9. Proven career history within retail management with a solid background within retail leadership, preferably at board level
10. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
11. Understanding high value, low volume markets would be advantageous
12. Customer first approach, understanding the HSL target market and their buying habits / needs
13. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
14. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis
15. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
16. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
17. Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite
18. Willingness to travel as needed and requirement to be in the Head Office a minimum of once a week
