You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of internal processes, supporting team members and maintaining an inclusive and engaging environment for everyone in our team. You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and have experience in administration and process improvement, but most importantly you love to help. The Business Support Team in NEC Digital Studio are an integral part of the team and in this role no week will be the same; you could be helping to plan an event one week and onboarding a new member of the team the next. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding Support - Coordinate the onboarding of new staff, ensuring they have a positive and smooth transition into the NEC Digital Studio team. This includes developing and improving onboarding materials and making new staff feel welcome. IT Support - Liaise with our IT team to help staff with hardware/software issues and ensure they have the necessary access to tools and systems. Internal Process Improvement - Document, refine, and create new internal processes to help NEC Digital Studio operate more efficiently and effectively. Studio Management - Help nurture and support inclusive, enriching, and accessible physical and digital studio spaces for team collaboration. Communication - Be a confident and effective communicator, ensuring staff are informed about company updates, day-to-day activities, and key strategic objectives. Administrative Support - Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations, from managing schedules to maintaining documentation.
