We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner, who will lead a team of Finance Business Partners in order to provide analysis, insight and recommendations to key stakeholders in the Business. You will ensure compliance with internal controls and perform monthly balance sheet reviews.
Key Responsibilities
* Participation in Health & Safety awareness and support across the sites
* Providing financial information and KPI data to the key stakeholders in the Business providing analysis, insight and recommendations
* Build effective working relationships with the key stakeholders in the Business to ensure that their needs are being met and that a high level of service support is provided
* Coach and mentor the Finance Business Partners to ensure they fulfil their personal development needs and work effectively together as a team
* Oversee the day to day and month end processes for the Finance Business Partners identifying areas of opportunities for improvement both in terms of controls and process efficiency and implementing standard processes across the Region
* Coordination and consolidation of the monthly management accounts, forecasts and budgets presented by the Finance Business Partners
* Review balance sheet reconciliations as required and ensure reconciling items are understood, actioned and resolved quickly, thereby ensuring effective controls are in place
* Perform monthly internal control checks ensuring compliance across the Region
* Financial modelling for new sites across the Region
* Work with the Operational Excellence team to provide financials for Operational Efficiency
* Ensure Capex expenditure processes are followed, and capital spend is accurately reported
* Approve purchase orders and capex in line with the Delegation of Authority
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Accountant qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) is required.
* Team leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
* You must be able to demonstrate a high level of written and numerical literacy.
* Well-developed relationship management skills, including credibility & influencing skills, are required.
