Duties to Include: Perform inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Conduct audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document and report inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards. Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment and tools. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency. Skills/Experience Required: Technical degree or certification in quality control or a related field. Proven experience as a Quality Technician or in a similar role within the engineering or manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies. Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment (e.g., callipers, micrometers, gauges). Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
