Working Hours: Part-time (14 hours per week) Mondays & Tuesdays. Please note this is a job share role. What we’re looking for: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Charnwood Borough Council’s legal team. We welcome applications from either the public sector or those looking to move into local government from another sector. You will provide administrative and clerical support to the legal services team. Your duties will include a wide range of tasks, including typing, preparation of Court bundles, post duties, opening and closing files, administering the case management system, raising purchase orders and arranging payment of invoices. You will be confident in using IT systems such as Outlook, Teams and Microsoft 365. We offer modern working practices including agile and remote working and a modern case management system. Candidates need to be highly motivated, proactive and committed with excellent organisational skills.
