Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role at our Warrington centre. You will be responsible for carrying out service, diagnostic, and repair work efficiently and competently. The position requires completing repair orders to manufacturer standards, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately recorded, including service check sheets, battery test reports, and printouts from manufacturer diagnostic equipment when required. The role demands attention to detail to maintain the highest quality of workmanship while adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices. Skills NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification Strong technical knowledge and passion for automotive technology Highly skilled in fault diagnosis Ability to deliver first-time fixes and meet customer satisfaction Capable of working autonomously Ability to work within timescales and complete a variety of tasks Compliance with warranty write-ups Ensure all chargeable labor and workshop consumables are recorded Motivated team player with attention to detail Willingness to learn and stay updated on technical/product information Outstanding attitude and passion for customer service Enthusiastic, dynamic, and team-oriented personality Ability to deal with customers when necessary Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Proficient in computer applications and diagnostic equipment Ready to be part of our team?
