Position Summary We have an exciting opportunity for a Shopper Marketing Executive to join our Nestlé Waters CDT "Commercial Development team" in the UK to support the shopper facing initiatives in order to attract and convert more shoppers to the category and ensure the desired behaviour change is delivered through insight led design and targeted communication and activation up to and at the point of purchase, ensuring delivering of the picture of success and category strategy objectives. You will source actionable shopper marketing and activation insights that will support Category driving initiatives, the tracking the success, and their continual optimisation. A day in the life of a Shopper Marketing Executive Reporting to the Shopper Marketing Lead, you will provide creative assets, retailer contact and data analysis support across the Shopper Marketing (Grocery, Ecomm and OOH) team within Nestlé Waters & Healthy Beverages. Key responsibilities of this role will include: - Lead the relationship with creative agencies by using shopper key visuals brief creative agencies for templated artwork, gain approval from internal stakeholders and manage PO creation and asset delivery to retailers. - Build and foster relationships with OOH tactical customers (W&C, High Street etc) and member groups under the guidance of OOH Shopper Marketing Manager, by locking the plan and executing. - Champion ROI with the wider team by demonstrating to the business our key shopper marketing initiatives, objectives and in store/ online impact by creating Go Live Reports and share internally. Monitor and share competitor activity. (Grocery & Ecomm) Lead the compliance and performance analysis of shopper campaigns through retailer agency post evaluations and share with wider team. - Ensure we're interrupting shoppers on their journey through stand out displays, by being the point of contact for field sales team to manage POS requests, review compliance and shopper marketing priorities - Win in Search online in Grocery and Ecomm by working with external agency to monitor and analyse online campaign performance metrics to make 'Always on' investment work smarter. Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders - Drive the shopper team in excellence by proactively working with OOH business managers to organise trade shows by planning ahead; develop customer presentations; manage field teams for FSDU displays and compliance; co-ordinating sample orders via Brand and administrative tasks. What will make you successful? We are looking for a passionate self-starter with a curious and creative mindset to succeed in an exciting, fast paced channels. You will also have: - An understanding of shopper marketing, category management and merchandising principles - Strong data analysis and insight generation experience - Ability to build strong relationships internally within matrix and multi-functional teams and external stakeholders - Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple projects with a strong attention to detail - Evidence of flexibility and agility, and use of initiative to solve challenges rapidly and often creatively - Ability to work under pressure to deliver exceptional results creatively - An understanding and experience of working with creative agencies, field teams and retailers is desirable.
