The Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be key to retaining and growing our service contract portfolio. You’ll:
* Develop and execute customer success plans to maximize product utilization
* Prepare and negotiate contract proposals, ensuring on-time renewals
* Build strong client relationships, attending performance reviews and advocating for their needs
* Analyze performance data to drive growth and identify cross-selling opportunities
* Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Finance to deliver exceptional service
About You:
* Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Contract Manager, or similar
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* Consultative selling experience with technical aptitude
* Highly organized, proactive, and passionate about customer success
* Communications or marketing degree preferred
* Comfortable with travel for client meetings
