Our client is looking for Internal Sales Executives who will progress in the future to a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, ambitious, have an eye for detail, and possess good commercial acumen.
The role will suit those with sales and admin flair and a desire to work their way up to the top through hard work, longevity, and professional commitment. Initial handholding and management support will be provided as your success will be our success.
THE ROLE:
1. Managing and growing sales with customers-list / Key accounts including contacting current / dormant customers for orders.
2. Monitor supply chain for timely fulfillment of orders and take proactive efforts to meet customer required delivery dates.
3. Inform order status to customers and seek replenishment orders, maintaining healthy stock levels to ensure customers don't run out of products.
4. Report stock levels to customers; also keep an eye on slow moving stock.
5. Offer prices to customers, raise sales & purchase orders, proforma invoices through Sage.
6. Resolve customer disputes/issues regarding quality expectations, product shortages, damages, and any urgent and late delivery issues.
7. Ability to generate leads through various resources provided by the company, contact prospective customers via phone, email, and advise the sales team to visit customers for business development and other business matters.
8. Prepare & submit sales reports as desired by management of the company.
9. Be part of developing and implementing new sales initiatives, sales campaigns, strategies, and programs.
10. Communicating with customers over the phone, video-call, and emails to understand their requirements/problems and offer solutions.

2. A commercial, common-sense approach.
3. Ability to operate at pace under pressure, whilst not sacrificing quality and accuracy.
4. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
5. Recognize the importance of attention to detail, yet maintain awareness for the bigger picture.
6. Performance measurement is based on retention and growth of business plus overall professional performance/behavior aspect with the team.
