As a Market Expansion Manager, you’ll lead Epos Now’s growth into new markets, ensuring each market entry is a success. Your role spans from planning and strategy to execution and post-launch review, working closely with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams. This role requires excellent project management, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle complex market conditions. What You’ll Be Doing (the nitty gritty) Management: Market Entry Planning Develop and oversee go-to-market strategies that align with company goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth market launches. Pricing & Compliance Design pricing models and monitor unit economics for profitability. Ensure compliance with local regulations, working with the legal and finance teams. Market Analysis & Localisation Conduct competitor research and identify market opportunities. Work with the product team to tailor offerings for local needs. Stakeholder Management Act as the central point of contact for market entry projects. Maintain transparent communication and align internal and external stakeholders. Launch Execution & Review Manage launch timelines, track milestones, and resolve issues proactively. Evaluate results post-launch to guide improvements for future entries. What You’ll Need: Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex projects with tight deadlines.
