We are currently seeking a motivated Retail Sales and Marketing Associate who is eager to grow into a management role with the help of our hands-on training and development programs.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner and assist with product inquiries
2. Generate sales through exceptional customer service and in-store promotions
3. Maintain product knowledge to offer expert advice and tailored solutions to customers
4. Contribute to in-store events to promote brand awareness
5. Track and report on sales and marketing initiatives, offering suggestions for improvements
6. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed client targets
7. Participate in regular training sessions focused on leadership, strategies, and customer service excellence
8. Prepare for eventual management responsibilities through mentorship and coaching
Qualifications:
1. Previous retail, sales, or marketing experience preferred (1+ year ideal but not required)
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
4. Eagerness to learn and grow within the company, with the mission of moving into a management role
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
6. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
7. High school diploma or equivalent; some college education in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus
