In addition to providing all types of forklift trucks, from powered pallet trucks to wire-guided systems, Rushlift hires and maintains a wide range of industrial equipment such as sweepers, mobile plants, and lorry loader cranes.
About the role:
Here at Rushlift, we have an exciting opportunity for a Quotes Coordinator to join the business based in Brackmills, Northampton.
Main Responsibilities:
* Source, price and obtain labour element from engineers quote requests to generate quotes
* Raising quotes and emailing to customers on Service Geeni
* Communicate with engineers, customers and suppliers daily
* Enter data into spreadsheets for chargeable work, quotes raised/accepted and rejected
* Raise counter sale quotes and invoices on Service Geeni
* Order parts for accepted quotes for both engineers and sub-contractors
* Chase outstanding quotes via email and telephone
* Check tracking for couriers to ensure previous days orders have been delivered, receipt the orders on Service Geeni, submit the jobs via 3rd party.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, with experience using Excel/Word. Experience in materials handling, customer service, and parts sales preferred, but not essential.
