Job Title: SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide specialised educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the individual needs of students Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance student learning and development Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support student progress Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with SEN Knowledge of SEN policies and procedures Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of different learning styles and abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs Good organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) Experience with assistive technology for SEN students Working Conditions: Work in a school or educational setting Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Opportunity to make a positive impact on students' educational journey All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
