Qualifications
* To join Barchester as a Deputy General Manager (Clinical), you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. Experience in managing residents with diverse healthcare needs, as well as a track record of supporting newly qualified nurses, is also required. Additionally, you should have some HR experience, knowledge of sales and marketing, and an understanding of budget management.
