In this role, you will deliver impactful marketing content and help execute our brand / solutions positioning across offline and online channels. To drive awareness and engagement in line with annual strategic plans.
Responsibilities:
6. Deliver our content marketing strategic plan in line with agreed priorities.
7. Shape the message – craft the core messages that deliver our solutions positioning.
8. Deliver the high quality, engaging content across identified priority areas of the business.
9. Content creation - create a wide variety of content - web, videos, presentations, sales support.
10. Promote content across online and offline channels – SEO, PPC, email campaigns.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
11. Content strategy development – develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals
12. Market research – conduct market research, competitor analysis and keyword research linked to content priorities, positioning and creation.
13. Content creation – produce high quality and engaging content across multiple formats (web, social, email) targeted to audience interests and pain points
14. Content calendar management – create and organise content in line with campaigns & events
15. Content distribution – leverage channels and platforms to maximise reach and visibility.
16. SEO and keywords – integrate core keywords to drive content performance.
17. Content promotion – develop promotional strategies i.e. paid advertising, social
18. Audience engagement – foster engagement with target audiences to nurture and build loyalty.
19. Performance tracking and analysis – monitor the performance of content i.e. engagement, conversion rates and ROI.
20. Content performance reporting – Prepare regular reports & dashboards to show impact.
21. Stay updated on industry trends – best practice and emerging technologies in content marketing
22. Network effectively with commercial teams to prioritise and develop the understanding to develop our content plan in core areas.
23. Be a brand champion & custodian – ensuring consistency of brand guidelines.
24. Tone of voice – ensure all content is in line with brand ToV
25. Design – work with agencies to ensure content is on brand
26. To ensure company compliance at all levels with corporate ID policies
27. To conduct any other duties as requested to perform within the scope of your knowledge, skills and ability.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related disciplineA confident, self-motivated person Ability to build excellent relationships through teamwork 3yrs+ content marketing experience Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate at all levelsTrack record of producing a variety of contentVideo creation & editing would be an advantageStrategic approach combined with tactical execution Strong planning and project management skillsExcellent verbal / written communication and presentational skillsHighly competent with Microsoft office.Full UK drivers’ licence.
