Astute's Power team is partnering with a CCGT Power Station to recruit an Electrical Technician for a site in North Lincolnshire.
The Electrical Technician role comes with a starting salary of £45,000, which will rise after probation, and a benefits package including private medical and an annual bonus.

Responsibilities and Duties
Reporting to the Electrical Engineer, you will:
1. Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of electrical equipment.
2. Fault-find and rectify problems on electrical equipment.
3. Ensure compliance with appropriate Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards, policies, and procedures.
4. Assist with scheduled outage activities.
5. Update the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
6. Read electrical drawings and documents and interpret them as required to complete maintenance works.
7. Learn the site Safe Systems of Work and be trained on the permit to work.
Professional Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
1. A minimum of an NVQ level 3 in a relevant Engineering discipline.
2. HNC in Electrical Engineering (strongly preferred).
3. IOSH Managing Safely.
4. Any High Voltage certificates are highly desirable.
