About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be the go-to advisor for a portfolio of clients, strengthening relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring outstanding service delivery. Your goal? To enhance client satisfaction while driving business success!
What You'll Be Doing
Client Development
* Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted technology advisor
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop tailored technology plans
* Identify and secure opportunities to upsell services and drive business growth
* Join client calls with the Service Delivery team to ensure high satisfaction levels
* Gather and escalate client feedback to improve collaboration and service quality
* Manage contract renewals and commercial agreements proactively
* Process quote requests efficiently in partnership with the sales administration team
Additional Responsibilities
* Upselling - Identify and convert additional business opportunities within existing accounts
* Client Take-On - Ensure seamless service transition from sales to delivery
* Project Oversight - Oversee small projects or provide escalation support
* Administration - Keep records of pipelines, contracts, projects, and client data up to date
* Support - Assist colleagues in resolving service issues and providing customer insights
* Collaboration - Work closely with fellow account managers to enhance overall client experience
* Company Initiatives - Get involved in wider business projects and initiatives
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
* 4+ years' experience in a face-to-face Account Management role
* Proven track record in solution selling and achieving sales targets
Key Competencies

* Strong negotiation and commercial awareness
* Excellent influencing & persuasion skills
* Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Ability to perform under pressure and represent the company externally
Desirable:

* Basic leadership and process improvement experience (advantageous but not essential)
