Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant : Assist the teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities. Provide support to students with a variety of learning needs. Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning. Help prepare resources and materials for lessons. Support the teacher in assessing and monitoring student progress. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive and focused learning environment. Work alongside other teaching staff to deliver effective, student-centred support. What We’re Looking for in the Teaching Assistant : A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential. Previous experience in a similar Teaching Assistant role is desirable, but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. An empathetic and patient approach to supporting students. A willingness to adapt and support different learning styles. A proactive, flexible attitude with the ability to work well within a team.
