What you'll be doing:
1. Developing and ensuring correct compliance with data governance policies in relation to Master Data
2. Coaching and training a team of your own building which will include Data Stewards, Analysts and Specialists
3. Defining data quality rules
4. Working with key stakeholders to ensure best practices within your department
5. Taking the lead for characterising the Master Data governance framework
6. Working alongside the IT team to fix data integrity issues and accomplish data cleansing activities
What You'll Need to succeed:
1. Proven experience in data management and AP, P2P
2. A proficiency in Data Governance and SAP Master Data Management
3. Be able to work effectively with stakeholders
4. SAP ECC/ SAP S/ 4HANA Master Data experience
5. Be able to guide and support members of the team and be able to develop the more junior members
6. A high level of project management skills
7. Excellent team management experience
