The Team:
Working in LGH Casual Pool, you are able to work across a great variety of areas within the Launceston General Hospital. Casual Pool also enables greater flexibility of shifts.
The Role:
The role of the Hospital aide is diverse and tasks vary. It is a non-clinical role where you are required to perform duties such as stock ordering, linen management, basic cleaning, and assisting in ensuring that ward environments are clean and organised.

Details of appointment:
Fixed term, casual position working as and when required, commencing as soon as possible until 5 August 2025. Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $59,930 to $61,367 pro rata, per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
* Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
