Role Overview
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of 360° marketing campaigns across earned and paid channels. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and related stakeholders, you’ll ensure seamless campaign delivery, from briefing assets to performance reporting. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution:
* Assist in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), email, SMS, website, and paid marketing.
* Coordinate the creation and delivery of assets for all marketing channels, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Performance Analysis:
* Support regular reporting and conduct detailed analysis of campaign performance to identify insights and opportunities for optimisation.
Email & SMS Marketing:
* Assist with setting up email and SMS campaigns aligned with best practices to drive engagement and conversions.
Asset Management:
* Maintain and organise the marketing asset library for easy access and efficient use.
Influencer & Community Marketing:
* Support influencer campaigns by tracking gifting programs and monitoring asset delivery.
* Collaborate on community-building efforts, including local event organisation, VIP customer management, and targeted campaigns.
Agency & Partner Coordination:
* Work closely with third-party agencies (e.g., web developers, media buyers) to brief and scope projects.

Skills & Experience
* Prior experience in marketing (internships or entry-level roles) is a plus.
* Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and reporting dashboards.
* Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* A good understanding of the fashion industry
* Strong creative storytelling skills: a good eye and copywriting skills are highly desirable.
* Microsoft Suite proficiency
* Familiar with editing platforms such as Canva, Adobe, Premiere - the tool is not important, as long as the candidate is able to deliver assets for various platforms when needed.
