C&N Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Assistant Brasserie Manager for a 4* Hotel based in St Albans. The hotel is rich with history, stunning grounds and is committed to providing exceptional service to its guests. The Brasserie is renowned for its contemporary, warm ambiance and outstanding service.
We are recruiting for a passionate Assistant Brasserie Manager to join the experienced team. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Brasserie, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and guest satisfaction. This is a hands-on role.
Your role:
1. Assist the Brasserie Manager in the day-to-day management of the Brasserie.
2. Supervise, train, and motivate the Brasserie team to deliver outstanding service.
3. Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
4. Be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and assist with leading a team that goes above and beyond to ensure that our guests have the best experience.
5. Coordinate and direct employees to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service within the restaurant.
6. Maximize sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.
7. Assist with the food and beverage budget, monitoring occupancy, departmental expenses, and staff rotas.
8. Ensure that all administration, cash control, stock control, and security procedures are adhered to.
9. Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety policies, standards, and procedures.
You:
1. Have past roles within Hotel Restaurants with a minimum of 3 years experience within a five-star environment.
2. Experience at supervisory level is essential.
3. Knowledge of Micros systems would be advantageous.
4. Possess excellent customer service skills.
5. Be financially/analytically experienced.
6. Have a very flexible approach towards working hours, including weekends.
7. Be loyal, trustworthy, honest, positive, responsible, very committed, and passionate.
8. Previous experience of working in a 4* or 5* Hotel would be advantageous.
