We are looking for a proactive and organized Desk Assistant to join our dynamic team and help us continue providing outstanding recruitment services. Key Responsibilities: Assist consultants with daily administrative tasks, including data entry and scheduling interviews. Answer and direct phone calls, providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates. Manage and update candidate and client databases to ensure accurate records. Handle inquiries from candidates and clients, providing information or escalating to consultants when necessary. Assist in the preparation of recruitment documents, contracts, and job advertisements. Source and select candidates, interview and complete compliance checks. Book shifts for clients What Were Looking For: Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. A friendly and professional phone manner. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
